An AI support assistant for a one-person game server hosting business.

The problem

DSN Servers is run by one person. The same support questions kept coming in: how to set up a server, which plan to pick, and why a server crashed. Answering each one by hand took time away from running the business.

What we built

  • An AI assistant on the website that answers questions using the site's own setup guides, so its answers match how DSN Servers actually works.
  • Plan recommendations: customers describe what they want to run, and the assistant suggests the plan that fits.
  • Crash log help: customers paste in a crash log and the assistant explains what went wrong and how to fix it.

The result

The assistant is live on dsnservers.com, so customers can get answers any time of day, and the owner spends less time on the same questions.

Two brothers. One handles the talking, one handles the tech.

We're Ty and Dawson Brooks, based in the Austin and Bastrop area of Texas. A lot of people know AI could help them but don't know where to start. That's where we come in.

I don't know anything about AI. Is that okay?

Yes, that's exactly who we built this for. You don't need to know any tech words. Just tell us what's eating your time or what you wish you had, and we'll explain your options in plain English.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Once your custom project is paid for, it's yours. Some projects run on outside services (like an AI provider or web host) that have their own accounts and terms, and we'll walk you through those before we start.

What does it cost to keep running?

Most AI tools have small ongoing costs, like hosting and AI usage fees. We'll tell you what to expect in your quote, before you commit. If you'd like us to look after it, our monthly maintenance plan covers updates, monitoring, and fixes.

What if it breaks?

Just reach out and we'll fix it. If you're on the maintenance plan, we keep an eye on it and handle fixes as part of the plan. If not, we'll still help and quote any fix up front.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the size of the project. We'll give you a timeline with your fixed quote after the free call, so you know when to expect it before any work starts.

Is my data safe?

We only use the info your project needs, we don't sell it, and we keep access limited to the two of us. Before we build, we'll explain which services your data goes through and pick options that don't train AI models on it when possible.
